Our Vision for the Film
Bringing My Life, My Victory from the page to the screen.
My Life, My Victory began as a memoir about growing up with Familial Mediterranean Fever, an ultra-rare genetic disease diagnosed when Shant was just nine months old. Readers in more than 64 countries have connected with that story. The next step is to reach people who may never pick up a book.
The journey to the screen started with Victory Adventures, a short film created to inspire young people to fight through adversity with faith, courage, and perseverance. A feature film adaptation is now in development.
An Honest Story
The film will show what living with an invisible illness really looks like: the pain no one sees, the hospital weeks, and the question every patient asks, "Why me?"
Faith and Family
At its heart is the faith and family that carried Shant through his darkest moments, and the discipline to keep showing up.
Hope for Others
The goal is for every young person facing their own battle to walk out of the theater believing their story can be a victory too.
